I am a graduate of Academy of the Holy Names and Maria College, Albany, NY. and have worked for Dr. Cervera and his counseling center for 24 years. Previously I served as administrative assistant at the Consultation Center of the Roman Catholic Diocese for five years. I am recently retired from the City School District of Albany as a secretary in the office of the Superintendent of Schools. My life has been devoted, as well, to raising four children and I am the proud grandmother of ten.
The atmosphere at our counseling center is welcoming, caring, and provides a confidential venue where trained, educated, and credentialed professionals can assist those seeking support and guidance. Our counselors are committed to meeting the needs of diverse people and we strive to individualize appropriate treatment for all.
Wyatt "Doc" Cervera
Wyatt has been with the practice since he was a 10 week old puppy. He is a certified Therapy dog through Therapy Dogs International. He has also received his Canine Good Citizenship certificate.
Wyatt will greet you in the waiting room, extend his paw for a shake and sometimes will roll over for a belly/chest rub. With Dr. Cervera, he will accompany clients into the consultation room. In addition to being emotionally supportive, Wyatt also extends his compassion to residents in nursing homes, the Hospice Inn and a residential addiction facility.
